Working principle
Dust-free feeding link, the core principle is based on aerodynamics and sealing technology. The feed port is sealed to reduce the possibility of dust escape from the source. At the same time, the suction system uses the fan to operate, forming a negative pressure environment in the feeding area. According to the characteristics of air flow from high pressure to low pressure, the dust generated by feeding is quickly sucked into the dust suction pipe, into the subsequent filter device, intercepted by the filter screen, the dust is collected, and the purified air is discharged to achieve dust-free feeding.
When the vibrating screen is working, the motor acts as a power source and transmits the rotating motion to the screen box through transmission parts such as belts or couplings. The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed operation of the motor drives the screen box to do reciprocating linear or circular vibration. The material is placed on the screen surface, under the action of vibration, the particles collide with each other and disperse, the smaller particles have more opportunities to pass through the screen hole under the high-frequency vibration and their own gravity, and the larger particles move along the screen surface, so that the material can be accurately screened according to the size of the screen.
